Ep 191 Podcast update and story time

You may have noticed that I have been flyin solo for these past couple of episodes and there is a good reason for that. My co-host took a job with Trek Bicycle managing a store and the position requires his full attention. Chris is a longtime friend of mine and I really appreciated having him as my co-host, that said I totally understand trying to manage a demanding new position and still keep some balance in your life. Chris and I are still good friends and I'm sure he will have great success running the store. Trek is definitely lucky to have him as well as my previous co-host Dave Dalton. It seems like Trek might have it out for me LOL.. The second half of this short episode is a story of something I would say is pretty crazy that happened to me and I lived to tell about it..
